By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website (the “Site”), managed and owned by WakuWaku Snack Box. (referred to as "WakuWaku Box"), you confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and consented to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using this Site immediately. WakuWaku Box maintains the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating this page, so we encourage you to review them periodically.

To use this Site, you must be at least 18 years old or be under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and browse the Site via a web browser.

We retain the absolute right to alter the items and services provided on this Site, establish usage guidelines, or restrict your access to specific sections or the entirety of the Site without prior warning or liability. Furthermore, we may terminate your access at any time, for any reason—including a breach of these Terms—without advance notice.

Your continued engagement with the Site following any updates implies your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuance of the Site’s features or merchandise.

Section 1 - Site Usage & Restrictions

We grant you permission to view and utilize this Site solely for individual, personal purposes. You may copy, distribute, or transmit content from this Site only if such actions occur automatically and incidentally through your browser software during personal browsing.

Strictly Prohibited: Any automated, mechanized, or systematic scraping or gathering of data from this Site for any intent, particularly commercial exploitation, is forbidden.

You may not replicate, distribute, display, or transmit the content of this Site for any other purpose without our express prior written consent. Additionally, you agree not to alter or remove any proprietary or copyright notices from downloaded materials. You are permitted to print a physical copy of the website information strictly for your own personal use.

For the avoidance of doubt, browsing this Site does not grant you any ownership or usage rights regarding the names, images, signatures, biographies, or intellectual property of any celebrity endorsers featured on the platform.

We reserve the right to revoke your access instantly if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your conduct violates this Agreement, our rights, or the rights of others. To access certain features, you may be issued an account ID and password. Every time these credentials are used, you will be deemed authorized to access the Site under these Terms. WakuWaku Box is under no obligation to verify the true identity of anyone using your login details.

You remain fully and solely accountable for all activities, transmissions, and financial obligations incurred under your account, whether authorized by you or not. Keeping your credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. Please alert WakuWaku Box immediately if you suspect any security breaches or unauthorized account usage. You may receive administrative or promotional emails from us, including selected third-party offers.

Section 2 - Registration & Subscription Program

Monthly subscription packages from WakuWaku Box and other recurring boxes we introduce will be dispatched to the delivery address you provide in your profile. You may receive account updates and promotional emails regarding special campaigns or third-party deals. You are free to terminate your subscription at any moment without any cancellation fees via your Customer Portal or by reaching out to our Support Team. Section 3 - Billing, Invoicing & Financial Terms

As a registered subscriber, you agree to comply with the following financial stipulations:

  • Accurate Information: You must provide valid, precise contact and payment details (including full name, shipping destination, and credit/debit card numbers). You are required to keep this information updated. For your convenience regarding future renewals, your payment details will be securely saved, subject to our Privacy Policy.

  • Shipping Adjustments: In the event of severe global logistics disruptions (such as pandemics, environmental crises, etc.) where standard delivery is unavailable, WakuWaku Box reserves the right to apply a temporary shipping surcharge. This covers mandatory upgrades to premium courier services, unless you explicitly opt out before the billing occurs.

  • Bank Fees & Failed Payments: You are responsible for any transactional fees imposed by your banking institution or credit card issuer. If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to re-bill your account directly or pursue alternative collection methods, such as mailing an invoice.

  • Cutoff Times for Changes: Account updates submitted after the final day of the current month will not take effect until the subsequent shipping cycle. To ensure subscribers receive their boxes promptly, fulfillment begins prior to the official signup deadline. Consequently, all address modifications must be completed at least 48 hours before your renewal date to apply to that month's shipment.

  • No Mail Forwarding: Our standard shipping options do not support postal forwarding services to a new address; any forwarding expenses incurred will not be covered or credited by us.

  • Refund Policy: All payments made for our products and subscription services are final and strictly non-refundable.
     

Section 4 - Your Subscription Agreement

By enrolling in any of our plans, you acknowledge that your subscription involves an initial payment followed by automatic recurring charges. You accept liability for all recurring billing obligations prior to formal cancellation. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms at our current standard rates.

To prevent being billed for the next cycle, you must cancel your plan online via the Customer Portal or submit a support request through our official website form at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.

Renewal Date

Occurs on the same calendar day of the month as your initial sign-up.

Plan Modifications

Any adjustments will come into effect on the subsequent renewal date.

Post-Cancellation Access

You will retain access to subscription benefits until the active billing period expires.

WakuWaku Box will process recurring charges (e.g., monthly) automatically without further consent until you formally revoke this authorization or update your payment details within the required 48-hour window.

If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a partial or pro-rated refund for the remaining days of that term. Reactivating a canceled account will instantly generate a new invoice and order for the current subscription window. We also reserve the right to terminate your membership at our sole discretion. This program is void where prohibited by law.

Section 5 - Shipping, Insurance & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Insurance

Every shipment sent via a trackable delivery method is automatically covered by package insurance.

Incidents Covered by Insurance:

  • Theft: Stolen packages will be eligible for a replacement only if the courier service provides official written documentation acknowledging that the parcel was lost or stolen while in their possession.

  • Natural Disasters: Parcels destroyed or damaged by environmental events (e.g., fires, floods, typhoons).

  • Courier Mishandling: Items damaged or lost due to severe negligence by your domestic postal provider.

Note: Packages that fail to arrive due to an inaccurate address provided by the user, or items intentionally rejected by the recipient, are strictly excluded from insurance claims.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Missing Items: This applies when the outer package arrives sealed and physically undamaged, but items listed in the official monthly booklet are absent from the interior.

  • Damaged Items: This applies when the box arrives intact, but one or more items inside are broken, or in the case of perishable goods, have expired.

To qualify for a resolution, all issues regarding missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Solutions (replacements or refunds) are dependent on current stock availability. If the product is in stock, a replacement item will be dispatched; refunds will only be issued if a replacement is impossible.

When filing a report, you must supply the following verification photos to help our support team resolve the matter swiftly:

  1. Clear images of all external sides of the shipping box.

  2. A comprehensive picture showing all items received inside the box.

  3. Close-up photos clearly demonstrating the specific damage on the individual item.

Our claims team will evaluate the damage. Only the product itself is eligible for claims; cosmetic damage, dents, or blemishes on the item's outer commercial packaging or box wrapping do not qualify as product damage.

3. Returned Packages Policy

Parcels returned to our warehouse will only be re-shipped upon the payment of an additional re-shipping fee, unless the return was caused by an operational error on our part. Packages returned due to an invalid, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address are entirely ineligible for refunds.

WakuWaku Box reserves the right to amend this policy at any moment without prior notice. Any updates will apply immediately and retroactively to all active subscribers and memberships.
